The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom
Bathrooms have a shower, toilet, and pedestal sink. The second bathroom (in the bunk suite) is accessible off the living room.
The living room includes a queen sized pull-out sofa bed. One suite has twin bunk beds, and the other suite has a table.
Full kitchen includes an electric range, microwave, refrigerator, and a bar with two barstools. Utensils, pots and pans, and dishes are included.
Just a few steps from our two motel suites, our main house is available for up to 8 people. The cozy front porch provides front-row seats to Ocean Avenue, and an ocean view beyond.
Casa Cayucos features a high-end kitchen, outfitted for the discerning chef. It contains a Wolf gas range, beer and wine fridge, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and All Clad cookwear.
The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen, and also opens to the living room. The day bed in the dining room is great for lounging or sleeping.
The master bedroom has a king size bed. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, and bedroom #3 has two twin beds plus a twin-sized trundle bed.

The Sea Gull Motel was the first motel to operate in Cayucos in the 1930’s, and its classic style remains to this day. The Sea Gull changed hands from one Cayucos family to another in 2022, and renovations were performed to bring new life to this classic spot.
